Agentic MastermindLas Vegas 2026

Four days in the room with the people actually doing this work.

01 — The Week

A few days with people who actually ship.

Late September, Las Vegas. Agency owners, operators and product people in one room — the kind who run live client campaigns on Monday morning, not the kind who talk about them from a stage.

Bryan went to work rather than to watch. Laptop open, screens up, in the middle of it — comparing what actually holds up in production against what only demos well. Bonsai Marketing Company runs agentic systems for clients every day, and the fastest way to pressure-test that is to put it in front of people who will tell you plainly where it breaks.

Some of it was structured. The useful part rarely was — it was the hallway, the table after dinner, the laptop turned around so somebody could see the thing that wasn't working.

02 — Building

We didn't go to Vegas to predict it. We went to build it.

Agents, orchestration, search and automation — argued over at close range, with the screens right there.

Bonsai's rig, running the whole time.

“One concept can wear a few different outfits.”

— from a slide, mid-session

03 — The People

The work is the easy part. The room is the advantage.

Technology got everyone to Las Vegas. What made the week worth it was who was sitting at the tables.

Among them: Manick Bhan, Arman Arvani and Justin Rondeau — operators and product people whose work runs on live client accounts across the country, not in a sandbox. That is the whole reason to be in a room like this. You can read about agentic marketing anywhere. Sitting with the people shipping it, and arguing with them about it, is the part you cannot download.

About a dozen people seated together across couches in a bright modern lounge.
The whole room, in one shot.
A wide view of the working room: people at long tables with laptops open and screens at the front.
Everyone working, not watching.

Bonsai's rig, set up on site.
A view across the working room from the back, people at tables with laptops.
Day two, heads down.
A room full of people working at tables with laptops and screens.
The room, mid-session.
Two people standing together in the working room.
Comparing notes.
Two people in a work room, a display showing a design file behind them.
Mid-build, screens up.
Two people outdoors in daylight.
Between sessions.
Two people outdoors in bright daylight.
Somewhere off the Strip.
Three people together in a venue lit blue.
Still talking shop.
Two people under a blue cabana awning in daylight.
Shade, and a long conversation.
Four people seated together in a lounge.
The table after dinner.
Two people outdoors in bright daylight with greenery behind them.
One more before the next session.
Two people in front of a theatre sign at night.
Off the clock.
Three people outdoors in daylight with palm trees behind them.
Outside, between things.
Two people outdoors in daylight with a palm tree behind them.
The hallway track.
A group seated together in a dimly lit venue with stage lighting.
Front row, eventually.
Two people indoors, one giving a thumbs up, a display screen behind them.
In the room.
Four people on a golf course under an overcast sky with palm trees.
The golf happened too.
Two people at night with lit columns and an observation wheel behind them.
Vegas, eventually.

Bonsai Marketing Company went to contribute, not to spectate — and came home with sharper systems than it arrived with.

04 — Vegas

And then there was Vegas.

The sessions ended at some point. The week did not.

Two people in a corridor lit deep magenta with a red sculptural installation. A selfie inside a casino under saturated neon lighting. A selfie in a floral cap under casino neon.

05 — The Film

Hell of a week.

Shot on phones, by the people who were there.

06 — What Happens Next

The mastermind doesn't end in Vegas.

Bonsai Marketing Company runs this work every day — agentic search, content and automation on live client accounts, measured and reported, not demoed.
