8. SMS / Text-Message Communications (TCPA)

If you provide your phone number and expressly consent, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, an active project, or — only if separately opted in — marketing communications.

SMS program terms

Consent: By submitting your mobile number through our forms and checking any SMS opt-in box, you agree to receive text messages from Bonsai Marketing Company at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies. You will not receive more than occasional, relevant messages.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.
